本地犬染色体常规核型与G带研究

Conventional and G-banding Karyotypes of Domestic Dog

目的 为培育近交系实验用犬新品系提供遗传指标。方法 外周血淋巴细胞培养 ,染色体制备及分析。结果 本地犬的常规染色体核型 2n =78,雌性为 78,XX ,雄性为 78,XY。G带核型可以明确区分 1～ 2 1号常染色体和XY性染色体。结论 通过犬的染色体核型分析 。

Objective To provide genetic reference for inbred dog breeding. Methods After the culturation of canine blood leucocyte cells,the preparation of karyotype was made. Results The conventional karyotypes of domestic dog were 2n=78.Female dogs were 78,XX and male dogs were 78,XY.Chromosomes 1～21,X and Y could be determined and the others couldn't be recognized in the G-banding karyotypes of domestic dog. Conclusions Karyotypes of domestic dog may lay a foundation of insitu hybridization and location of gene.
