Sm对Fe-Co-Si基热电合金电学性能的影响

摘要 研究掺Sm对含Co的FeSi2 基热电材料电学性能的影响。在Fe0 75-xSmxCo0 0 7Si2 样品中 ,随着Sm量的增加 ,电阻率和热电动势率都降低。在低温区 ,Sm的掺入未能改善含Co的FeSi2 基热电材料的电学性能 ,但在高温区 ,进行适当的掺杂配比 ,有可能得到较高的功率因子。 The effect of samarium doping on the transport property of Co doped β FeSi 2 thermoelectric alloys is investigated In Fe 0 75-x Sm xCo 0 07 Si 2 thermoelectric alloy, the electrical resistivity and the Seebeck coefficient decreases with the increasing of x It is concluded that the Samarium doping is not able to improve the transport property of Co doped β FeSi 2 thermoelectric alloys in low temperature, but it is possible to increase the power factor of the Co doped β FeSi 2 alloys in high temperature
