摘要
利用直流磁场和交流电场产生的电磁振荡 ,凝固Al Cu亚共晶合金。结果表明 ,Al Cu合金在电磁振荡凝固条件下 ,电流密度和磁场强度有最佳值。在一定范围内随电流密度和磁场强度的增加 ,宏观组织得到细化 ,超过一定电流密度和磁场强度范围 ,合金组织有粗化的趋势。随着电流密度或磁场强度的增加 ,树枝晶破碎 。
