嗜热嗜酸菌生物浸出低品位原生硫化铜矿 被引量:21

摘要 介绍从云南某温泉区采集的高温水样中分离出的嗜热嗜酸菌的某些特性及其对原生硫化铜矿的氧化浸出效果。嗜热嗜酸菌细胞呈球形或椭圆形 ,有细胞壁 ,直径 0 6~ 0 9μm ,革兰氏阴性 ,好氧 ,以CO2 为碳源 ,能在改良的无机盐培养基中生长繁殖 ,添加酵母汁等有机物不能刺激其生长。嗜热嗜酸菌能氧化元素硫和黄铁矿中的铁 ,并将其作为能源物质 ,但不能氧化硫酸亚铁中的Fe2 + 。氧化浸出的最适温度 65℃ ,最适pH 2 0。对 -90 μm低品位硫化铜矿粉矿浆浓度 10 % ,搅拌浸出 12d ,嗜热嗜酸菌对总铜的浸出率为 97 0 0 % ,而中温氧化亚铁硫杆菌为 3 2 43 %。浸渣的物相分析表明 ,嗜热嗜酸菌对原生铜矿的浸出率高达97 0 5 % ,而对照组仅能浸出 15 43 %。 The some characteristics of the thermoacidophile isolated from water samples of hot spring in Yunnan are described And the leaching results of the primary ore of copper sulfide with thermoacidophile are introduced The cell of the thermoacidophile is spherial or oval with 0 6~0 9μm in diameter The thermoacidophile shows G and have a rigid cell wall The KY 2 strain grows between 50~80℃ with optimum 65℃ and pH 1 0~4 0 with optimum 2 0 The strain is autotrophic on elemental sulfur or sulfide minerals as energy source and CO 2 as carbon source and can oxidize FeS 2, but can not oxidize Fe 2+ in FeSO 4 solution With the 90 μm particle size of the ore, 10% solid content in the slurry and stirring leaching 12 days, the total leaching rate of copper with thermoacidophile is 97 00% while with Thiobacillus ferrooxidans(T f) is 32 43% The copper mineral composition of the leaching residue indicates that 97 05% of copper in the primary ore of copper sulphide is leached with thermoacidophile while with T f only 15 43% is leached
