摘要 采用循环伏安法、气相色谱法及X -射线衍射技术研究Ni NH3 NH4 Cl H2 O体系电积金属镍的阳极过程。结果表明电积过程阳极产物为高价镍化合物 ,随电解液中NH4 Cl浓度增加 ,阳极生成的固体产物量逐渐降低。阳极上产生气体产物主要是氮气和少量的氧 ,氮气是由涂钌钛阳极上析出的氯将电解液中的氨氧化而产生。 The anodic process of nickel electrowinning from the leaching solution containing ammonia and chloride is investigated by the cyclic voltammetry analysis, X ray diffraction and the chromatogram of gas species Experimental results show that the anodic product is the high valent nickel compound, and the yeild is gradually decreased with the increase of the NH 4Cl concentration in the electrolyte The nitrogen is the dominant anodic gas product, the oxygen is few, and the nitrogen is the product of the oxidation of ammonia in the electrolyte by chlorine formed on the RuO 2 TiO 2 anode
