摘要
介绍南宁市冶炼厂从脆硫铅锑矿生产 1#电银的生产实践。脆硫铅锑矿经烧结 -鼓风炉熔炼 -铅电解精炼工艺回收锑和铅 ,从铅电解阳极泥中以贵铅熔炼和银电解方法生产 1#电银。一年多的生产实践表明 ,当阳极板含银大于 98%以上时 ,阳极板中铜、铅、铋杂质含量对电银质量影响不大。控制电解液成分在CPb2 + <4g/L ,CCu2 + <2 0 g/L ,CAg+ 80~ 12 0 g/L ,CHNO34~8g/L范围 ,采用浓度 5~ 10 g/L、温度 80~ 90℃的稀硝酸洗涤银粉 ,1#电银产出率可达 10 0 %。
