摘要 系统阐述硫化矿细菌浸出体系中细菌的生长及对浸出的作用。分析不同浸矿微生物的代谢特征及对Fe2 + 及元素硫的氧化作用。讨论细菌浸矿过程微生物直接作用与间接作用观点以及浸矿微生物对硫化矿静电位及浸出过程原电池效应的影响。 The fundamental metabolism and effect on leaching process of the microorganism for the bio leaching of metal ores are elucidated The growth features of various microorganisms and the role of the microorganism playing in the oxidation of Fe 2+ and sulfur are described The direct and indirect actions of the microorganisms on mineral leaching process and the strengthening effect on the galvanic couple of minerals are discussed
