摘要 建立鼓式制动器三维非线性动力学模型 ,采用虚拟样机技术分析制动鼓和制动蹄在不同工作状态时的振动情况。制动时制动鼓角速度呈阶梯状减小 ,角加速度呈振荡变化。制动蹄无论高速紧急制动还是低速行车制动 ,角速度和角加速度都呈振荡变化。摩擦因数值取 0 4时 ,制动鼓和制动蹄角加速度变化幅值 ,均大于摩擦因数取 0 2 5时的幅值。选择鼓式制动器摩擦片 ,摩擦因数既要满足制动性能 ,也要考虑制动稳定性。 The 3D nonlinear dynamic model of the brake used in mining transportation vehicle is established, by which the vibration of brake under various conditions is analyzed by use of the virtual prototyping The angular rate of brake drum is reduced in scalar form, and the angular acceleration is in oscillatory change For the brake hoof, the angular rate and acceleration are all in oscillatory change no matter under the emergent or normal braking conditions The change extent of the brake drum or hoof while fiction coefficient taken as 0 4 is greater than that fiction coefficient as 0 25 For the brake sheet selection, the fiction coefficient should meet the requirements both braking and stability
