摘要
本文叙述了由IBM PC/AT微机(或PDP 11/23)组成的一个脑组织显微结构三维重构系统。该系统实现了大脑形体的三维重构。本文对切片的对准、曲面的样条处理、立体显示作了详细介绍。
A microcomputer system for three-dimensional reconstruction of microscopic brain structure has been developed. In this paper techniques dealing with serial section data correction, surface splain process and sfereographic display are described in detail.
