摘要
共振频率是压电陶瓷超声波换能器的一个重要参数,它随负载及工作温度等因素的变化而变化,或随使用时间的增加而变化,换能器馈电电路的工作频率是否能自动跟踪其共振频率尤其重要,应用单片机控制标称共振频率为28kHz的压电陶瓷超声波换能器馈电电路的工作频率可取得理想的效果。
The resonant frequency is an important parameter of the energy converter of the piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic waves. It is altering when the load and working temperature etc. is changing, or the use time is increasing. It is important whether the power circuit working frequency of the energy converter can automatically follow its resonant frequency. It can take a fine result by using the MPU to control the power circuit working frequency of the energy converter which label resonant frequency is 28kHz.
