摘要
某公司于 2 0世纪 90年代引进的双机架平整机 ,为适应市场对产品质量要求日益提高的现状 ,在以下两方面急需进行改造 :机架间实现自动穿带 ,以提高轧机作业率 ;实现恒延伸轧制 ,提高并稳定产品质量。笔者工作是 :对影响机架间自动穿带的原因进行分析 ,选择合理、可行的自动穿带方式 ,设计并制造穿带装置。分析影响恒延伸平整的因素 ,研究现有测速设备对采用恒延伸控制的适用性 ,实行恒延伸平整。经过以上工作 。
In order to improve the product quality and productivity, the automatic strip feeding between stands and constant elongation rolling were developed on the two-stand temper mill which was imported in 90's last century. The double automatic feeding device was designed based on detailed mechanism analysis total. The constant elongation temper rolling was realiged by total studying the applicability of existing strip speed measuring device.
