摘要
在本钢 2号高炉 8年的一代炉龄生产中 ,采取了逐步缩小风口直径 ,加长风口长度、大料批、全倒分装、烧结配加小块焦、降低烧结矿碱度等多项措施 ,获得了历史上效益最好、产量最高的效果。在高炉生产后期 ,炉底自焙碳砖发生严重过热 ,因此对炉底进行了通管水冷却 ,保证了安全生产 。
The No.2 BF at Benxi Steel was blown-in in April,1994 and blown-out in March ,2002.Because of using many measures,such as reduction of tuyere diameter,increasing of tuyere length,large burden schedule,full reversed separate filling,sinter plus small cokes and reduction of sinter basicity ect., the highest efficiency and longest campaign were obtained on No.2 BF with record results.In the later period of campaign,the self-backed carbon bottom was over heated. The water cooling was implemented for safety production and long campaign.
