化瘀排石汤对体外碎石后肾结石患者β_2-微球蛋白含量的影响

Effect of Huayu Paishi Decoction on β_2-Microglobulin Content in the Patient of Kidney Stone after Extrasomatic Lithotrity

目的:研究化瘀排石汤治疗肾结石的临床效果及是否具有减轻和修复肾脏损伤的作用。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组(中药内服和体外碎石)和对照组(单纯体外碎石)各30例,观察两组临床疗效和碎石前24h,碎石后24h、72h、120h的血、尿β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MG)含量的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组;治疗组碎石前后β_2-MG的含量差异无显著性。结论:化瘀排石汤治疗肾结石疗效确切,具有减轻和修复肾脏损伤的作用。

Objective: To investigate therapeutic effects of Huayu Paishi Decoction on kidney stone and relieving and its repairing actions on renal injury. Methods: 60 cases of kidney stone patients were randomly divided into treatment group (treated with internal administration of Chinese herbs and extrasomatic lithotrity method) and control group (treated with simple extrasomatic lithotrity method), 30 cases in each group. The clinical therapeutic effects. β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) contents in blood and urine 24h before lithotrity and 24h. 72h, 120h after treatment were investigated. Results: Total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group. There was no significant difference in β2-MG content before and after treatment in treatment group. Conclusion: Huayu Paishi Decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on kidney stone with actions of relieving and repairing renal injury.
