摘要 介绍了评估现役集装箱桥吊是否安全可靠的较简单和实用的分析方法.它是基于对现役桥吊进行检测得到的数据进行目前桥吊结构整体确定性有限元计算,即首先结合可靠性分析和初始裂纹尺寸对疲劳强度的可靠性影响分析,求得现役桥吊结构的可靠性指标βc和疲劳可靠性指标βf,然后将其与给定的安全可靠性准则进行比较来评估现役桥吊结构的安全性.实例计算表明本方法可推广应用于其他类型的结构. A rather simple and practical method estimating structural safety of existing container crane is given in this paper. The method is based on deterministically calculating a structural strength of a global container crane using FEM in conjunction with a probabilistic analysis and an initial crack size effect on the reliability of fracture fatigue. Then the reliability index βc of the existing crane′s structure and the reliability index βf of fracture fatigue can be found. Comparing them with a given safety reliability criterion the safety level of the existing crane′s structure can be estimated. A numerical example of an existing container crane is calculated. It is possible to use the method for other kinds of structures.
