摘要
自由基是一类含有未成对电子的原子或原子团、半衰期极短且具有高度反应活性的物质 ,在维系人体正常生理功能中起着重要作用。正常情况下 ,自由基处于新陈代谢的动态平衡中。由于高原地区的低氧环境 ,使自由基的代谢失衡 ,从而诱发人体出现高原病的一系列病理过程。抗自由基药物的研究开发 ,将为高原病的防治开辟新径。
Free radical which consists of unpaired electron、ultrashort half life period and high reaction play an important role in maintaining normal physiological function. Usually the metabolism of free radical is in dynamic equilibrium, yet the hypoxia in plateau can break this equilibrium and thus induce a series of pathologic process of high altitude diseases. The research and development of anti free radical pharmacon will make a new way to prevent and heal altitude diseases.
