动态环境下的单元化制造的数学建模

摘要 单元构建的数学建模是单元化制造研究中的一个研究热点 .针对以往研究中存在的不足 ,建立了动态环境下的单元化制造的数学模型 ,在所建模型中融入了零件的工艺柔性 ,并且考虑了零件需求的不确定性 ,使模型在实际应用中更具有指导意义 . Mathematical modeling of cell formation is a main branch in cellular manufacturing (CM)'s study.Aiming at the shortcomings in former studies,this paper presents a mathematical model for dynamic environment,which complies with the minimum of cost,and considers the machine flexibility and uncertainty of products demanded.So that the model is of more siquiticance in practice.In the end of the paper,a example is given to explain the suggested model.
