摘要
利用分光光度仪对加入不同浓度及不同种类电解质的同系列温敏微凝胶进行了吸光度测定 ,通过吸光度的变化值求出使胶体发生絮凝的临界电解质浓度及临界絮凝温度 ,从而判断不同胶体的稳定性大小 .
Spectrophotometer was used to determine the absorbance of poly(N isopropylacrylamide) microgel aqueous dispersion in the presence of different kinds of electrolytes or different ionic strength.The colloidal stability of the microgel dispersion was estimated from the critical flocculation concentration or critical flocculation temperature which were obtained by measuring the variance against ionic strength or temperature.
