摘要
研究了 p H4 .0— 5 .0的乙酸 -乙酸钠缓冲介质中 ,有 CTMAB存在下 ,1,5 -二 ( 2 -羟基 - 5 -氯苯 ) - 3-氰基甲月替 ( HCPCF)与铜的显色反应。铜 ( )与 HCPCF形成 1∶ 3稳定的蓝色配合物 ,λmax=62 2 nm,ε6 2 2 =3.3× 10 4 L· mol-1· cm-1,在 0— 2 4μg/2 5 m L铜浓度范围内符合比耳定律 ,可直接用于茶叶中微量铜的测定 。
Bi(2-hydroxy-5-chlorobenzene)-3-cyanoformazane(HCPCF) reacts with Cu(Ⅱ) in pH 4.0-5.0 HAc-NaAc buffer solution in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB),and produces a stable blue complex[Cu(Ⅱ)∶HCPCF=1∶3] with the maximum absorption wavelength of 622nm and the molar absorptivity of 3.3×10 4L·mol -1·cm -1.The complex obeys Beer's law in 0-24μg/25mL range of copper.This system was used to determine copper in tea with satisfactory results.
