摘要
利用石墨炉原子吸收法 ,在等温平台条件下直接测定高纯镍中的痕量杂质锑 ,对石墨炉加热程序中的干燥时间、灰化温度及原子化温度进行了优化 ,同时考察了介质酸度的影响。试验表明 ,基体镍对锑的测定有显著的影响 ,为此进行了标准系列基体匹配。该法的特征质量为 6.6pg;相对标准偏差为 6.5 % ;加标回收率为 10 0 %— 10 3%。
Trace amounts of Sb in high purity nickel were determined by GFAAS with STPF.In the preparation of standard calibration curve,nickel was added to compensate its interference,and also it acted as matrix modifier in the AAS determination.The drying time,and other conditions of heating were taken as recommended by the instrument.The ashing temperature and atomizing temperature were optimized to be 1300℃ and 1900℃,respectively.The characteristic mass of 6.6pg,average RSD of 6.5% and rate of recovery of 100%-103% were also obtained.
