摘要
目的 :探讨猴脑选择性深低温断血流对全身主要器官功能的影响 .方法 :通过单侧颈内动脉冷灌注法 ,对 7只猴建立了脑选择性深低温断血流模型 ,观察脑温变化时生命体征的变化 ,并监测脑温变化前后主要器官酶学指标变化 .结果 :7只猴均实现了脑选择性深低温 ,最低脑温达 ( 15 5± 2 2 9)℃ ,中心体温( 3 0 4± 0 96)℃ .其中 2只于术后 2h和 10h死亡 ,5只复苏后长期存活 ( 1~ 40周 ) ,降温过程中及术后猴生命体征平稳 ,各主要脏器生化指标无显著变化 .结论 :单侧颈内动脉冷灌注可使脑组织迅速达到深低温状态 。
Objective: To determine the effects of selective profound hypothermia in monkey brain on the heart,liver,kidney etc. Methods: 7 monkeys received selective brain cooling by unilateral internal carotid artery perfusion. Vital signs and essential enzymes of major organs were observed before and after operation. Results: Brain selective profound hypothermia was performed in 7 monkeys, the lowest brain temperature reached (15.5±2.29)℃ while the body temperature maintained (30.4±0.96)℃. 2 of 7 died in 2 and 10 hours after operation and 5 survived for ever(1~40?weeks). During the operation and after it, there was no abnormal change of the vital signs and the enzymes. Conclusion: Unilateral internal carotid artery hypothermic perfusion can achieve selective brain cooling rapidly, the technique has no obvious impairment to extracerebral organs.
