摘要
目的 :探讨颌间Ⅲ类矫形力作用下髁突软骨生长改建的组织学机理 .方法 :选用 6只青春期雌性恒河猴为实验动物 ,实验组 4只 ,配戴双阻板磁力功能矫治器 ,施加颌间Ⅲ类功能矫形力 ;对照组 2只 ,不配戴矫治器 .分别于 3月、 6月处死实验动物 ,对髁突软骨进行组织学观察和定量组织学研究 .结果 :颌间Ⅲ类功能矫形力作用下恒河猴髁突后斜面软骨变薄 ,增殖层、前肥厚层厚度明显减小 ,软骨生长受到抑制 .前斜面增殖层、肥厚层厚度有所增加 .软骨的改变是细胞数目、大小的改变共同造成的 .结论
Objective: To investigate the histological principles of the remodeling of condylar cartilage in rhesus monkeys treated with intermaxillary class III orthopedic force. Methods: 6 pubertal rhesus monkeys were selected, 4 were treated with the twin-block magnetic appliance (TMA) as experimental group, 2 did not as control group. Animals were killed respectively after 3, 6 months and the condylar cartilage was studied by means of histological observation and quantitative analysis. Results:Influenced by the intermaxillary class III orthopedic force, the posterior portion of cartilage thinned significantly, especially in the multiplicative and the prehypertrophic zones, the growth of the cartilage was inhibited; while the multiplicative and the hypertrophic zones of anterior portion presented a hyperplastic reaction. The remodeling of the cartilage was resulted from the change on the amount and the size of the cell in cartilage.Conclusion: The remodeling of condylar cartilage in rhesus monkeys could be physiological if approporate intermaxillary class III orthopedic force was used.
