摘要
以干法消化处理样品 ,电感耦合等离子体 -原子发射光谱法 ( ICP- AES)快速测定了 5种水果中的 18种微量元素。各分析元素的相对标准偏差小于 4 .5 1% ,回收率为 94 .0 %— 10 3.0 % ,方法简单、快速、准确度高。
The sample were digested with dry method,and ICP-AES technique was used to determine 18 microelements in 5 kinds of fruits with relative standard deviation (RSD) of <4.51%,and the recovery is in the range of 94.0%-103%.The method shows simple,rapid and highly accurate,and the results are satisfactory.
