慢性硬膜下血肿的微创治疗

Micro-injure Surgery for Chronic Subdural Hematoma

目的 :为减少慢性硬膜下血肿术后并发症 ,减轻患者经济负担 .方法 :对 2 1例慢性硬膜下血肿行锥颅冲洗术 .术中迅速置管 ,缓慢引流陈旧性血液 ,并用生理盐水冲洗至清亮 .术后充分引流 ,早期复查头颅CT ,配合高压氧治疗 .结果 :2 1例均痊愈出院 ,术后随访无 1例复发 .结论 :此法不仅简便易行 ,经济有效 。

To reduce post-operative complications and relieve patients,economic burden,we opened skulls by boring and cleared away the blood under dura mater in 21 cases of chronic subdural hematoma.In operation,a tube was quickly placed,and blood was slowly washed and drained until clearness.After operation, sufficient drainage, re-examination CT of skull during earlier period,and matching therapy of hyperbaric oxygen.All of 21 cases recovered and no recurrence was found during the follow-up.This method is not only convenient,effective and economical,but also able to prevent complications after boring and drainage.
