摘要
本文对硅钙渣作为水泥原料的应用进行了研究.结果表明,在实验室条件下采用90%左右的硅钙渣和10%左右的石灰石两种原料配料,在1350~1400℃下煅烧,可以生产性能合格的625号硅酸盐水泥.硅钙渣主要矿物是r-C_2S,与通常粘土配料的熟料形成热比较,采用硅钙渣配料,约可降低熟料形成热6.3×10~5~8.4×10~5J/kg;与同类型生产方式比较,约可节省能耗20%左右.同时,生产1t熟料可利用400~500kg的粉煤灰.
The use of silicium-calcium slag as raw material for cement is investigated. Results obtained show that, under laboratory conditions, a mixture of about 90% of silicium-calcium slag with about 10% of limestone will yield portland cement No. 625 of good quality when calcinated at a temperature of 1350~1400℃. Silicium-calcium slag is the waste of fly-ash from which alumina is extracted. Its chemical composition is 57.8% of CaO, 5.0% of A12O3, 22.1% of SiO2, and 2.4% of Fe2O3. The composition of the mineral is mainly r-C2S, and it has a low raw material consumption. Compared, with the clinker with commonly used clay, the forming heat of the clinker with Si-Ca slag can be reduced by 6.3×105~8.4×105 J/kg. By the same process, a reduction of 20% energy consumption can be achieved and 400~500 kg of fly-ash can be made use of when one ton of clinker is produced.
