Application of System Theory in the Studies of Marine Economy

海洋经济是一个涉及海洋、区域经济多层次的结构相互联系和作用的有机整体,是一个开放系统。该文从系统论的角度论述了海洋经济演进的内在动力及区域海洋经济发展的影响因素。指出复杂的海洋经济系统以海洋资源环境生态系统为基础物质支撑,以陆域社会经济系统为拉动,以海洋产业系统为结构。

Marine economy is an organism which involves multi-stratification structures of ocean and regional economy, and is an open system. This paper discusses the intrinsic force of marine economy evolution and the influence factor to regional marine economy development from the view of system theory, and points out that the complicated marine economy system is supported with the environmental ecosystem of marine resources, is promoted by the land socio-economic system, and is constituted by marine industry system.
