Reception and Dissemination:Interdependent Inner and Outer Pat terns——On"Influence Research

"影响研究"是比较文学最早的研究方法之一。长期以来,排斥和非难它的学者多半认为"影响研究"表现出的偏颇是只研究文学与文学间的外在关系,而失去了对作品内在的美学价值的判断。本文认为由法国学派开创的"影响研究"方法之所以引起不断争论的原因是对"影响"的界定不严密,实际上"影响研究"是研究"影响",而"接受研究"和"传播研究"是研究"影响"的不可分割的两方面。

Influence Research ' is one of the earliest study methods of comparative literature.In the long time,th e scholars who criticized it held that it only studies the outer relation betwee n literature works,neglectintg the aethetic judgement.The author deems that the debates about 'Influence Research' is due to the vague definition of 'influen ce'.In fact,influence is the study object and acception and dissemination resea rches are inseparable two parts of 'Influence Research'.
