我国加入WTO后,仪器设备购置管理工作面临新的挑战与机遇。高校的设备、实验室管理部门,只有充分发挥职能,严格招标采购、规范管理,才能在学校的建设和发展中发挥更大的作用,达到提高实验室仪器设备投资效益的目的。

With the WTO entry of our country, the purchase and management of instrument devices work is facing the new challenge and opportunity.
