我国旅游业的发展速度很快,但也存在诸多问题,而其中人才短缺、旅游教育滞后是最主要的问题。旅游高等教育应及时明确办学方向,全面推进素质教育,培养高层次旅游服务及管理人才,以满足我国旅游业发展的需要。
