The pure surface defects in phases A, A, B and B of the superf luid 3He system under the condition of infinite cylindrical surface are studied. The topological structure of pure surface point defects and line singularities in the superfluid 3He system is given, in which improper treatmentof phase A found in existing literature is corrected.
