摘要
本文提出一种用于微机加工误差实时预报控制的新方法;构造了离散雅可比多项式序列的计算通式及其递推格式;证明了其离散正交性;开发了用于微机在线预报与控制的递推公式及算法.本文所提出的理论与算法对加工误差的实时补偿控制是适用有效的.
Based on the extrapolation property of a data fitted curve and the discrete orthogonality of a discrete polynomial, a new real-time forecasting control approach and its algorithm are proposed. Discrete Jacobi Polyno mial Series (DJPS) constructed can be used to carry out microcomputer-based real-time forecasting control. The discrete orthogonality of DJPS is proved and several recursive algorithms are given. It is shown that the algorithm proposed is good for real-time compensation of machining.
