摘要
本文提出一个采用硬件冗余与软件容错技术研制的双微机电液调速器.该电液调速器采用标准总线与小板功能模块式结构,变结构变参数控制器算法,软件检错容错技术.实际运行结果表明,调速器工作可靠,性能优良,是大中型水轮机-发电机组调速器微机技术改造的一种有效方案.
A dual microcomputer electro hydraulic governor is described. The technique of hardware redundancy and software fault tolerance and the European 64 standard bus and functional modular construction are used. The reliability of the system is improved, the system functional modules are conveniently expanded and the maintenance and overhaul are easy. A schematic diagram of the system and the control algorithm are given in detail. This governor has been installed in the Gezhouba hydropower Station in China and proved reliable in operation and satisfactory in control performance.
