Constructing the Well-off Society in All Round Way and the View of Balance Development in Vocational Education

均衡发展作为一种新的教育发展观和科学合理的政策导向,是我国全面建设小康社会进程中重要的战略性指导思想。解决职业教育发展的不均衡问题是全面建设小康社会的客观要求,迫切需要发挥政府的宏观调控作用,并在全社会的支持下,合理、有效地配置教育资源,促成不同地区、不同类型、不同层次的教育部门与办学机构相互扶持、均衡发展,使职业教育向以国家、社会和个人的可持续发展为根本出发点的终身教育方向迈进。

As a new developing view in education and a scientific,rational guiding policy,balance development is an important strategical thought,which guides us to construct the well-off society in China.It is the urgent need for us to resolve the unbanlance development in vocational education.So we should make full use of government function of macro-adjustment and control,allocate resources rationally and effectively so as to promote the balance development between educational departments and organizations of running school in diffrent areas,different types and different levels and make vocational education develop following the direction of life-long education.
