LTT中光导管无损耗传输条件的研究

摘要 本文针对LTT(光直接触发晶闸管)光传输系统中光导管传输效率问题,用纤维光学理论分析了光缆的数值孔径、光导管的折射率一定时光导管的端面直径和曲率半径对光传输效率的影响,得出了光线在光导管中无损耗传输所必须满足的不等式,为光导管的设计提供了理论依据. The light propagation efficiency of the light guide in the light triggered thyristor(LTT)is discussed. The influence of the diameter and radius of curvature of a light guide on the light propagation efficiency is investigated for a given numerical aperture of a fiber and a given refraction index of the light guide. An inequality that has to be satisfied when the ray is propagated without loss in a light guide can be obtained by the rhom-bohedral mirror method of development in geometrical optics. Calculation results show that the light propagation efficiency of a light guide increases appreciably at the beginning, but gradually approaches a saturated value. The saturated value varies a little with the diameters of two cross cut ends of the light guide. The results of measurement show that the variation of the light propagation efficiency with an increase of the radius of curvature of a light guide is consistent with that obtained by calculation.
