摘要 针对唐钢高速线材厂加热炉采用重油、转炉煤气、高炉煤气混烧的特殊情况 ,采用模糊控制理论和传统的PID控制相结合的控制思想来实现加热炉的燃烧自动控制。应用实践表明 ,炉况稳定 ,加热质量好 ,经济效益显著。 In view of the fuel special condition of reheating furnace of High Speed Wire & Rod Plant of Tangshan Iron & Steel Co ,Ltd ,which using commixed heavy oil,converter gas and blast furnace gas,the fuzzy control theory and traditional PID control idea combined to realized automatic combustion control The application results show that the combustion condition and quality are good
