摘要
介绍了一些工业发达国家在高频焊管行业已广泛应用的红外测温技术 ,这种技术可以替代传统焊管机组依靠人工观察、调节焊接温度的手段 ,实现焊接温度的在线控制 ,进而可以构成焊接温度自动控制系统。同时 ,指出了红外测温技术在国产高频焊管机组应用中存在的主要问题 。
It introduced that infrared temperature measurement technology was widely used in high-frequence welded pipe industry in some advanced country.This technology could replace the temperature-adjusted method through visual observation in traditional welded pipe mill,realize the weld temperature control on-line and furthermore make up the weld temperature auto-control system.Meanwhile it points out the main problems existed in infrared temperature measurement technology applied in domestic high-frequence welded pipe mill and drew the suggestion for renovation.
