摘要
加强党的执政能力建设是党的十六大首次提出的一个重要命题。认真贯彻党的十六大提出的这一命题,十分重要的是要提高领导干部的工作能力和水平。本文从提高执政能力的高度,结合长期以来体育领导工作的实践经验,探索了提高领导体育工作能力的水平的方法和途径,对体育行政部门各级领导做好体育工作具有较强的指导意义。
An important task to strengthen our Party's ruling ability has been brought forward at the 16th National Congress of CPC. To thoroughly carry out the task, our leaders' management ability should be improved. According to his administrative experiences in his long- term sports practice, the author revealed in the article some ways and means by which the abilities in leading sports work could be properly improved.
