摘要
本文针对Karlsson截面电极的加工问题,讨论了如何利用Hermite插值法对Karlsson截面进行拟合,以及根据高次曲线插补原理进行插补程序设计的有关问题.文中对如何利用隐函数曲线插补方法直接插补复杂曲线进行了讨论,给出了实验结果.本文给出的算法均在实际插补装置上得到了实现.
Electrodes with a Karlsson profile are widely used in high-voltage equipment to obtain a uniform electrical field. The machining of such electrodes is discussed. The procedure for the fitting of the contour with the Hermite interpolation method is proposed and the programming for a microcomputer-based control system to interpolate the profile using the the interpolation theory for curves of higher orders are described. Direct interpolation of a complicated curve by the interpolation method for curves with implicit functions is also discussed. All the algorithms given have been confirmed in practice. Experimental results are given.
