摘要
本文提出了一种基于高速SoC单片机的数控系统,给出了单片机与CPLD和USB结点芯片的接口,分析了82C54脉冲分配方案。给出了数控系统软件结构。系统成功应用于三维多功能正脊推拿牵引床控制系统。
A CNC system is presented based on high - speed SoC microcontroller in this paper, the interfaces between the microcontroller and CPLD or USB are provided, and the case of distributing pulses is also analyzed. The architecture of CNC based on USB is presented. At last, the motion controller is applied in 3 - D multi - functional Chinese - medical traction bed successfully.
