老年性急性呼吸道感染血清中IL-6及CRP的变化

CHANGES OF SERUM IL-6 AND CRP IN ELDERLY ACUTE RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS

目的 :评价白细胞介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )和C反应蛋白 (C -reactiveprotein ,CRP)在老年性急性呼吸道感染中的意义。方法 :采用ELISA双抗体夹心法和全血快速CRP分析仪 (QuickRendCRP)检测老年性急性呼吸道感染患者及同龄健康体查者血清中IL - 6和CRP的含量。结果 :细菌感染组与对照组相比较 ,IL - 6含量无明显增高 ,无显著性差异 ;CRP含量明显增高 ,有显著性差异 ;病毒感染组与对照组比较 ,IL - 6和CRP含量均无明显增高 ,无显著性差异。结论 :老年性急性呼吸道细菌感染者 ,根椐其血清中CRP含量的增加 ,对临床诊断和治疗具有一定的意义。

Objective:To evaluate the role of serum IL-6 and CRP in elderly acute respiratory infections.Methods:Double antibody sandwich technique ELISA and whole blood quick Rend CRP were applied to detect the content of serum IL-6 and CRP in elderly acute respiratory infections and healthy agecohorts.Results:Contrast to control group,levels of IL-6 were not significantly elevated ( P >0.05) and CRP did( P <0.05) in bacterial infection group; while in viral infection group both the two indexs no significantly elevated. Conclusions:Content of serum CRP in elderly acute respiratory bacterial infections has a certain significance inclinical diagnosis and therapy.
