摘要
在阐述教育教学质量体系应具备集合性、相关性、目的性和环境适应性的特征基础上,提出了建立教育教学质量体系应树立的几个观念和建立教育教学质量体系的设想。
On the basis of the characteristics of collection, relevance, objective and adaptation to environment that a teaching and education quality system must have, this paper puts forward several concepts that must be made in the establishment of teaching and education quality systems, and some hypotheses as to how to establish teaching and education quality systems.
