摘要
在内燃机活塞顶部,采用等离子喷涂由底层、过渡层和表层组成的阶梯式陶瓷层,然后进行激光重熔,改善涂层的致密性和结合强度.测量了陶瓷涂层的隔热效果.结果表明,当涂层厚度为0.1mm时,其隔热度较无涂层活塞可提高11%.
A layered ceramic coating consisting of the bottom, interim and surface coating is applied on the piston top of internal combustion engines by plasma spraying and then the coating is remelted with laser to improve coating compactness and bond strength. The heat insulating effect of ceramic coating has been measured with a simple method. Results show that the heat insulation of a piston with a ceramic coating thickness of 0.1 mm is increased by 11% in comparison with a piston without ceramic coating.
