摘要
本文观察了晶粒取向3%Si-Fe在外加拉应力和磁场作用下,磁畴壁的运动及声发射强度(MAE)变化的一些现象.当应力较小时,MAE(RN)随应力变化较复杂,在大应力下,MAE(RN)显著降低.在硅钢片中,磁畴结构随拉应力的变化特性与产生的MAE有良好的对应性.取向纵向硅钢片沿轧向磁化时,180°条状畴会随场强变化而在某位置附近左右转动.磁畴受拉应力时产生分裂,其分裂速度是不连续的.当σ>200MPa时,条状畴似乎又有一定程度的宽化.
The motion of magnetic domain walls and the variation of MAE intensity in grain-oriented 3% Si-steels acted on by applied tension and a magnetic field have been observed. Under low stress, the variation of MAE (RN) is rather complicated, but MAE(RN) weakens significantly under high stress. The variation of the magnetic domain walls structure under applied stress is found in good correspondence to MAE with varied tensile stress in 3% Si-steels. When longitudinally-oriented 3% Si-steel is magnetized in the rolling direction, the 180?strip domain with varied field intensity is found to be swaying about a certain position. Under tensile stress, the domain walls will split and the splitting speed is discontinuous. At a>200MPa, it is found that the strip domain is a little widened.
