通过对频率测量方法的研究 ,提出了一种利用PC声卡精密测试电网电源频率的新方法 ,并给出了误差分析 ,可达到低成本精密测试电网电源频率的目的 ,实践证明该方法具有实际应用的价值。

The method to measure frequency is studied,and a new method based on the PC sound card to test precisely the frequency of electric mains is put forward,and the error analysis is given.The goal of testing precisely the frequency of mains can be achieved low costly.It has been proved in practice,that the new method can be used actually.
