一种远程数据采集模块的设计

Design of the Remote Data Acquisition Module Based on Power Line Carrier

通过对数据采集中远距离传输问题的分析 ,提出了一种基于电力载波技术的远程多通道数据采集模块 ,其硬件主要由串行AD7714模数转换电路、 89C5 2单片机主控电路、ST75 3 6电力载波收发电路等几部分组成 ,模块的软件以 5 1汇编语言编制 ,并给出了有关芯片接口编程的详细子程序框图。该模块适用于远距离信号的高精度测量和传输 。

To resolve the long distance data transmission problem of measure device,a remote multi-channel data acquisition module based on Power Line Carrier is introduced,its hardware circuit consists of single chip μP 89C52,serial converter AD7714 and PLC-chip ST7536,its software is compiled by 51 assemble language.The detail flow chart of sub-program is given. This module is suitable for the high-precision measure ment of long distance singals,and has practical value in engineering.
