摘要
本文综合介绍作者等多年来就BR在作物上的应用及生理效应方面的工作:BR在禾谷类作物上的应用具6—9%的增产效果,在棉花、柑桔、油菜等作物的组织培养中具良好或独特的效应;用BR处理可促进许多作物幼苗的生长、增强耐冷性、提高叶片光合速率、调节光合产物运转分配及果实中内源激素的平衡关系;BR可促进花粉萌发、花粉管伸长、提高杂交授粉的亲和性,促进弱势颖花的结实与灌浆。
The studies on application and physiological effects of brassinolide in 9 species of crops, that have been done by the authors since 1984, have been introduced comprehensively in this article. The main results are shown as follows : BR as one yield stimulant, which has an effect of increasing about 6-9% of cereal yields. However, the effect is unstable. BR as a plant growth regulator, which can promote growth in the majority crop seedlings, can increase the tolerance of crops to chilly, raise the rate of co_2 assimilation in leaves, regulate the transport and distribution of photosynthesis products and balance of endogenous hormones. BR can stimulate the germination of pollen and elongation of pollen tube, and lift the affinity of pollination of hybridization, promote the fruitage and grain filling in inferior glume flower. Apart from these, BR also has some other special or good influnces on tissue culture in cotton, rape, citrus and so on.
