摘要
淡紫拟青霉菌(Paecilomyces lilacinus)在室内和室外盆土中对根结线虫卵均有较高的寄生率。采用常规方法,研究了该菌的主要培养特性。寄生菌有轮状分枝的分生孢子梗。分生孢子多数稍呈棱形,少数近椭园形或园形,单细胞,无色。生长和产孢的最适温度范围为25—30℃;适宜的培养基pII为5—9。马铃薯蔗糖琼脂培养基是生长和产孢的最佳而比较廉价的培养基;马铃薯、蛋白胨、蔗糖、硝酸钙、磷酸氢二钠组成的培养基和猪粪浸出液琼脂培养基有利于寄生菌的营养生长。寄生菌对蔗糖、果糖和阿拉伯糖有较好的利用力。全黑暗条件有利生长和产孢,半光照次之,全光照最差。
The parasitic rates of Paecilomyces in the Meloidigyne eggs are high in laboratory and in pot soils. The conidiophore branches are rotiform. Most of the conidia are prismatic, some are oval or short elliptical. The conidiosphore is single coiled and transparent. Optimal temperature for growth and spore production is 25-30. Satisfactory pH ranges in 5-9. Potato sucrose agar is most suitable medium to both hyphal growth and spore production. The media containing potato, peptone, sucrose. Ca(No)2. 4H_2O, Na_2HPO·12H_2O, agar or pigchit infussion agar promote hyphal growth. The parasite grows well in media containing sucrose, or fructose, or arabinose. Total darkness is best for hyphal growth and spore production.
