摘要
采用湖北光敏核不育水稻第一光周期反应钝感的品种与第一光周期反应敏感的光敏核不育系杂交,F_2代分单株在人工光照条件下进行两个光周期反应的鉴定。结果表明,所用组合的第一光周期反应属数量性状,F_2呈连续单峰曲线分布。第二光周期反应属一对主效隐性基因控制。两个光周期反应分属不同基因(组)控制,但第二光周期反应的不育基因与第一光周期反应感光性强的基因组表现有连锁关系。两个光周期反应的基因(组)可以分离重组,形成第一光周期钝感,第二光周期敏感的光敏核不育系。
Photoperiod-sensitive genic sterile lines Nongken 58s and Fang 8-2s, which are sensitive to photoperiod in the first photoperiodic reaction of developmental inducement, were crossed with 5 general varieties which are insensitive to photoperiod in both of the two photoperiodic reactions. The two photoperiodic reactions of the 2 parents, F_1 and F_2 were analysed under artificial light condition by using the rate of promotion of heading in short day and bagged seed setting percentage in long day. The results suggest that the first photoperiodic reaction is a quantitative character controlled by a group of polygenes. The second photoperiodic reaction is controlled by a recessive gene. The sterile gene tends to be inherited with linkage to the group of genes eontroling the sensitivity of the first photoperiodic reaction. But these two characters are controlled by different genes which can be recombined. The analyses of F_9 population shows that the recombination of the two characters with insensitivity to photoperiod in the first photoperiodic reaction and sensitivity in the second one have succeeded.
