水稻无融合生殖研究的进展

PROGRESS IN APOMICTIC RICE RESEARCH

本文对水稻无融合生殖研究进行了综述。在国外尚未发现水稻无融合生殖的材料。在中国,无融合生殖水稻的研究经历了活体诱导、离体诱导、材料筛选和杂交选育三个阶段。从多胚水稻、雄性不育单性结实材料以及杂交后代中已发现了不定胚发生、胚和胚乳自发形成、高频率无融合生殖等不同类型的材料。其中对SAR-1、C1001、HDAR的特性予以了介绍,并对水稻无融合生殖研究存在的问题以及前景进行了讨论。

This is a review on apomictic rice research. Except in China, apomictic rice material has not been found in the world. Study of apomictic rice has been conducted through three stages in China. induction of apomixis in vivo, induction in vitro, screen and selection from rice cultivars and crossing combination. Some apomictic phenomenan, such as adventitious embryony, autonomous formation of embryo and endosperm, and high frequency of apomixis, have been found in polyembryonic rice,parthenogenesis of male sterile and crossing offspring. Of them, SAR-1, C1001, HDAR with apomictic characteristics were introduced. The problem and prospect of apomictic rice research are discussed.
