湖北光敏核不育水稻光合作用特性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以湖北光敏核不育水稻农垦58S(HPGMR NK58S)为供试材料,分别测定了在不同光周期下植株的光合速率、光合磷酸化活力以及同化物质的运转情况等。结果表明,长日照处理(LD)植株的光合速率、光合磷酸化活力以及同化产物向穗部的转运能力等均低于短日照处理(SD)植株。但是同化物质向植株下部的转运能力却是LD植株为高。电镜观察发现,LD植株的气孔发生异常,其气孔开度及保卫细胞的体积等均小于SD植株。 The photosynthetic character of Photoperiod sensitive Genic Male-Sterile Rice (PGMR) was studied by treating variety Nonken 58S grown under short day of 10 hours a day of Long day or 14 hour a day with radioactivity nuclied ^(14)C and ^(32)p. The results are as ollows: PhotosyntheUc rate, Photosynthate up transfusion number and photosynthetic phosphorylation activity in chloroplast of short day treated plant are higher than in long day treated plant. ut photosynthate down transfusion number is higher in flag leaf of plant under long day. Stomatic angle of divergence and stomatic number of flag leaf and sheath in plant under short day are bigger or more than that under long day.
