摘要
分析地势低洼的江汉平原内涝灾害的成因,提出对其进行综合治理的5条减灾措施:开挖合标准的深沟大渠,继续建立电排站骨干工程,留湖挖深,周围山丘修建中小水库群,绿化周围山丘地带等。
Jianghan plain lies in central and southern Hubel province in the middle reaches of Changjiang river. The plain is seriously threatened from flood and waterlogging because of the lower relief of its basin. When rain season comes in summer, the water level of Changjiang and Hanjiang rivers rises very high, even higer than the height of surface of the plain. In Jianghan plain, waterlogging disaster is not evitabale for drainage difficulty. The disaster makes agriculture reduction in a great scale, farmers sometimes get nothing from the field though they work very hard. The measures of reducing waterlogging are as follows: 1) dig deep and big ditches to contain part of water; 2) construct some main power drainage stations to drain part of flood; 3) use the adjustment and store flood function of lakes completely to guarantee farmers to get good harvest in agriculture and fishery; 4) build a great deal of small and middle reserviors in the surrounded hills to intercept and reduce flood; 5) restore vegettaon in the surrounded hills and the plain to conserve soft and water.
